Shipping
- Enjoy free NZ wide delivery on all orders over $50.
- All orders are tracked, you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
Order Fulfillment
- We aim to process all standard orders within two business days.
- Approved replacements and/or store credits are typically processed within two business days.
- There may be delays during busy periods or for more complex orders requiring customisation.
Refunds & Replacements
- All sales are final due to our items being crafted and/or assembled by hand.
- For orders damaged on arrival, submit a support ticket within 7 days of delivery.
- For items that are damaged or defective due to material or mechanical failure, submit a support ticket within 28 days of purchase.
