Shipping

  • Enjoy free NZ wide delivery on all orders over $50.
  • All orders are tracked, you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

Order Fulfillment

  • We aim to process all standard orders within two business days. 
  • Approved replacements and/or store credits are typically processed within two business days.
  • There may be delays during busy periods or for more complex orders requiring customisation.

Refunds & Replacements

  • All sales are final due to our items being crafted and/or assembled by hand.
  • For orders damaged on arrival, submit a support ticket within 7 days of delivery.
  • For items that are damaged or defective due to material or mechanical failure, submit a support ticket within 28 days of purchase.
  • Accidental or intentional damage is not covered at any time.
  • If requested, you must return faulty items for assessment.
